Al Fresco Collection

Due to the size, weight, or delicate nature of the Al Fresco collection, standard shipping is not available. Please note that Threshold and White Glove deliveries cannot be expedited due to the specialized handling and coordination required for these services.

Threshold Delivery: Items are delivered to the nearest dry, protected area, such as a front door, garage, or building lobby.

White Glove Delivery: This premium service includes item placement in your desired room, unpacking, and optional debris removal.

What to expect:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with a tracking number marked as “Other”.
  • Threshold/White Glove deliveries require a scheduled drop-off
  • White Glove deliveries will require a signature upon delivery completion.
  • The carrier will contact you using the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a convenient delivery day.

2. Threshold Delivery

Threshold delivery ensures that items are delivered to the nearest accessible dry area of the recipient’s premises. This typically includes:

  • The front door of a home.
  • The garage or carport area, provided it is easily accessible.
  • The lobby of an apartment building or similar structure.

The purpose is to leave the delivery in a secure and weather-protected location without entering the interior of the residence. This service is ideal for recipients who prefer minimal disruption or are able to manage the items from the delivery point to their final placement.

3. White Glove Delivery

We offer a premium White Glove Delivery Service for your convenience. White Glove Delivery typically requires 5-14 business days for delivery after fulfillment. Our dedicated team will handle every detail of your delivery with care, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. This service includes:

  • Careful Handling: Your items will be delivered with the utmost care, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition.
  • Assembly and Setup: Our team will assemble and set up your items in the room of your choice, making sure everything is positioned perfectly.
  • Removal of Packaging: We’ll remove all packaging materials and clean up the area, leaving your space spotless and ready to enjoy.

With our White Glove Delivery, you can sit back and relax while we take care of everything.

4. Bulky & Oversize Shipping Charges

Several of our products are rather heavy, and additional fees are charged due to unusual sizes or weights. You’ll find a list of all these items, along with a breakdown of their fees*, below.

  • $30 fee for all 35lb & 55lb Umbrella Bases
  • $50 fee for all 90lb Umbrella Bases, and the Reclining Pillow Lounger.**

*Please note that these fees are applied to cover bulky shipping for each product purchased, in addition to the shipping method chosen at checkout. These charges are not covered by any free shipping promotions. Please note that certain US territories and international regions may not be able to accommodate oversized items, leading to rejection during checkout.
